If you haven't yet done so, I suggest consulting with a dermatologist. Nizoral is a great dandruff shampoo but is only available in a 1% solution without a prescription. If necessary, your doctor can prescribe the 2% formula.

I agree, anytime you lose hair due to any scalp condition, it's time to see the dermatologist for a formal diagnosis and treatment.

 

These conditions are normally covered under a basic health insurance plan.
