Regular Member corey Posted November 24, 2004 Regular Member Share Posted November 24, 2004 So i have just hit the 6 month marker after my 3300 follicular unit ht . My doctor said that was about 6200 plus hairs ? Anyhow i have seen lots of growth on my front hairline , the hairs are finer in texture at this point , i understand they will get thicker based on what i have read here ? Anyway i am concerned that the crown area hasnt really filled in much ? My hair is lighter ( dirty blond ) i guess i was hoping for a more dense look ? I still feel alot of tingling on my head , and there are still several tiny bumps on my scalp ... im assuming thats new hairs breaking through ? I guess my question is .... am i on track here ... should my crown have shown more signs of growth .... or am i still pretty early to see more results ... im concerned ... not paniced ... yet ??? Any comments would be appreciated . Thanks

Senior Member Smoothy Posted November 24, 2004 Senior Member Share Posted November 24, 2004 Crowns take usually 3-6 months longer than hairlines.
Senior Member Robert_ Posted November 24, 2004 Senior Member Share Posted November 24, 2004 Corey, Sounds fine so far. Like Smoothy said, the crown takes a bit longer to sprout and mature than hair line work. Best of luck to you. -Robert ------------------------------ Check out the results of my surgical hair restoration performed by Dr. Jerry Cooley by visiting my Hair Loss Weblog
