Dustasteride Vs Finasteride

Hello there I am new here but wanted to ask this question.

I have been taking Generic Finasteride for about 8 months and it is working. I have been reading differing information that says that perhaps dustasteride is slightly better in regrowing hair than finasteride?

does anyone have any opinions on this or has anyone one taken fin then switched to dust and seen better results ? does anybody take both in there regimen? is this advisable? If i did switch to dustasteride it would be generic like Dutas any help would be greatly appreciated.

At the moment I am taking 1mg of generic finasteride a day + the occasional tricomin and Nizoral, hated minox. thanks

I switched when it first came out. Proscar lost effectiveness after 4 yrs, but would of switched regardless. I regrew what I lost when proscar wore off and have maintained. Studies show more growth, up to 50% more than proscar w/ 2.5mg dose(5x recommended). I think many stick w/ proscar until it starts to lose effectiveness or don't see any results w/ proscar.
