As far as the grafts are concerned you should be totally safe. As for the FUT incision I think you'd be fine if you can avoid resting the back of your head directly on to the headrest. Maybe you can adjust the seat to help with this, or as silly as it sounds maybe just drive with a neck pillow on.

I drove 250 miles the day after my FUT. My neck was a little stiff from laying in one place during surgery without moving for 12 hours. The only thing you can't do is bring your chin down. It will pull on the sutures.
