He had retained his frontal forelock quite well but lost a lot of the rest of the hair on the front on his head. He was particularly unhappy with the U-shaped bare area behind his frontal forelock. We transplanted 99 single grafts, 982 double grafts, and 537 big grafts, for a total count of 2218 grafts. We did not touch the frontal forelock as he merely wanted to fill in the U-shaped area behind the forelock and wanted the hair to blend in. The results are 9 months after the surgery.
