Update: Must-see Rahal FUE results (1413 Grafts)

Recommended Posts

This patient is known on the forums as “HookHairs”.

He decided on Rahal FUE on February 22nd, 2012 after having two previous FUE procedures with a different clinic. He reported that the first two procedures did not grow as well as he had hoped and decided that having Rahal FUE for round three may allow for a higher yield.

The approach included filling the recipient zone that was addressed in the two previous procedures to add density and to lower the temples further while maintaining a natural shape and appearance. Dr. Rahal met with HookHairs on his most recent journey to the UK in April 2014 to get an update on his progress. Hookhairs reported that he was very happy with his final result after 22 months post-op. Hookhairs had 1413 FUE grafts in one procedure for the result you see below.

I will be making a new upload every Friday for the next 12 months to highlight the consistent results of Rahal FUE.

That’s some very nice, densely packed hairline and temple work, Joe. I look forward to seeing more of Dr. Rahal’s FUE results.

Questions about Dr. Rahal’s current FUE protocol:

1. What extraction tool is used?

2. Who executes the extractions?

3. What tool is used to make the recipient sites?

4. Does Dr. Rahal make all the recipient sites?

5. Who implants the grafts into the recipient sites?

6. For large FUE transplants that can’t be completed in a single day, does Dr. Rahal do consecutive day sessions, or does he stage two sessions a number of months apart?

Thanks!
