Senior Member Dr. Scott Alexander MD Posted July 23, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted July 23, 2014 This patient was a status post brow lift, where a sagital incision was used. This caused a scar that went ear to ear. She also lost some of her temporal hair in the process. We transplanted 2146 grafts in these areas, restoring her hairline along with covering the scar. Acell was also used in this surgery. - Please feel free to visit our website : Dr. Scott Alexander website and online consultation form Dr. Alexander is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians
Senior Member Rootz Posted July 23, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted July 23, 2014 How long post op is this patient? The pictures are blurry and the comparison isn't great, but it's probably pretty good. Cases like this one where the very front of the hairline is intact with high native density tend to turn out well. Even if the temple areas are low density or have issues, the frontal centerpiece is still intact and helps brings everything together.
