itching, dandruff could definitely be related to the sudden hairloss that you are experiencing...

If Hrsp21 can chime in here, I think that with his experience with scalp condition and hair loss, he could shed light on your issue (try PM-ing him).

how many hairs are you losing? is it noticeable? what is the percentage of the transplanted hairs you are losing?

My regimen includes:

HT #1 2710 grafts at Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration in Los Angeles in 2012

Rogaine foam 2x daily, since 2012 (stopped ~10/2015)

Finasteride 1.25mg daily, since 2012 (stopped ~12/2015)

HT #2 3238 grafts at Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration in Los Angeles in Jun. 2016

Started Rogaine and Propecia in July. 2016 after being off of them for about a year.

could be the scalp inflammation you are experiencing and or scratching at it

consult your surgeon and if possible a dermatologist ASAP to treat it

don't use any harsh topicals such as Nizoral or steroids on a frequent basis in the new transplanted area

if you need to, use them once or twice until the condition gets better and then less frequently

go dense or go home
