These pictures show Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif from the 90's to now. No hair to hair to almost no hair again? What went wrong??

Possibly was using concealer in the photos where his hair appears thicker?

It looks like a HT. But may be combined with concealers? The first 2 pictures were from the 90's. The next 2 pictures around 2007 and the last 3 pictures recently, which looks like he has lost most of it now!
