We stabilize with low dosis of finasteride (3 mg per week) and planned a 2 step restoration. In the first procedure we extracted 3838 grafts (8158 hairs; 2.12 hair per graft; 0.8, 0.85 y 0.9 mm punch; 49 a 52 microns of thickness; 738FU1/ 1980FU2/ 1021FU3/ 98FU4/ 1FU5). After 18 months we carried out the second procedure with 2505 grafts (6480 hairs; 2.58 hair per graft; 0.9 mm punch; 198FU1/ 982FU2/ 1015FU3/ 275FU4/ 31FU5/ 3FU6). I see this alot with FUE.
