While this is an improvement, I think that 2400 grafts was far to few for this patient. Dr. Erdogan is one of my favorite HT surgeons, but I would say that he undershot the grafts needed quite considerably. This could be a 2 stage restoration since he did have quite a bit a totally bald area.

Yeah looks like the patient needs another 1500 grafts to boost the front, and it looks like he has good donor hair for a further procedure
