Rab,

Are you looking to recreate the cowlick you had before experiencing frontal hairline loss?

i guess yes, my hair growns kind of funny almost in 3 ways i would say, the left side grows to the left, the right side grows to the right and the middle growns down/forward. now when i comb my hair straight back this pattern seem to extend almost to the crown.

i have not lost a lot of hair but im only 32.

Rab,

If you wanted to recreate the cowlick, it could be possible. However, you don't have to recreate a cowlick in the hairline just because you had one before.
