I have never taken propecia or rogaine. I've read stuff that has convinced me its not for me, like side effects that could mess up a guy.

My regimen includes saw palmetto and hair-skin-nails vitamin supplements. I'm also applying pure aloe very extract everyday.

So far it has kept what I have intact.

Really? How has that worked for you? This gives me hope. At the time of your transplant, how was your hair loss? Was it falling out a a high rate, or had it slowed down considerably? Or did your hair loss seemed to stop all together? I'm interested because, as you know, if the natural hairs continue to fall out you could be left with only the transplanted hair which often times looks unnatural. Are you worried about this? Thanks!

You guys who cannot take propecia should look at RU58841. I don't know all the details but search around the forums, there are many who use this. It basically shuts down androgen receptors.
