He had undergone strip surgery previously and has very fine hair quality with limited donor. In cases such as this we have to be very conservative and monitor carefully his donor hair recovery A first procedure was undertaken to the crown and scar with 100 beards BHT (for scar) and 1251 units from scalp (2608 hairs; 1.9 hairs per unit; 0.85 mm punch; 50-55 Micron hair; 231FU1/699FU2/305FU3/16FU4). 11 Months later, we carried out a second procedure for the lower crown and temporal points, 951FU's (2003 hairs; 2.1 hair per graft; 181FU1/505FU2/249FU3/15FU4/1FU5).
