2nd Procedure

IMHO, 12 to 15 months. Why? You want the regrowth from each and every procedure to full manifest. In addition, you want full caliber maturation of the hair shafts to occur. Hair shaft maturation can take as long as 18 months in some individuals.

This is where future examination of the recipient zone using a microscopic view is helpful because one can compare hair shaft diameter between the transplanted hair and the terminal hair where the grafts were harvested from. Any differences in hair shaft diameter can be clearly seen on a separate monitor.
