Senior Member hairworthy Posted July 12, 2004 Senior Member Share Posted July 12, 2004 I think a few guys in this forum have been taking Finasteride in one form or another 7 (not 3!!) times a week for 10 years +. The only long term problem I've heard of so far (apart from these minor side effects everybody knows about) is the production of enzymes in the liver.
