On examination the crown area showed mild thinning, for which the patient accepted to opt for 1 mg oral Finasteride. 1 hair grafts = 1134 2 hair grafts = 1690 3 hair grafts = 63 Total no. of FUG = 2887 Total no. of hair follicles = 4703 As evident from the pictures taken at the end of 15 months, the patient expressed content with coverage to the frontal, mid-scalp and the crown areas.
