cifar24
My doctor suggested 1500 grafts for my requirements. Dropped the hairline just a bit and filled up the front area. What do you all think of the density? After seeing so many pictures in this forum, I feel I should have gone for more grafts and lowered my hairline. Well... I could do that next time. Hoping the scabs go away in a couple of days so that I could go to my office on Monday. Trimmed rest of the hair real short. My profile image shows my original hairline. Senior Member hairthere Posted October 26, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted October 26, 2013 Are those pics from 6 days post-op? If so, you should be gently washing your scalp to get rid of the scabs and dried blood. Regarding density, we would need to see some pre-op and immediate post-op to get a better idea of what's going on. cifar24
The procedure was performed by Dr. Rasheed of Mosaic Clinic, Houston. He uses ARTAS robot for FUE. I just moist my scalp frequently as advised by my doctor. I plan to gently wash it and try to remove lose scabs on this Sunday (8 days after procedure). As for as cleaning the scalp is concerned, so for I have been just pouring water on the top and let it roll down. It does wash some scabs every time. I do it two or three times a day. I had swelling around my left eye on the third day after HT which lasted for about 2 days. I do still have mild pain around the donor area as I try to remove the dried blood. I do not have clear picture showing the density of my hair before the operation.
