Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted December 15, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted December 15, 2009 One of our graft cutter's husbands had been waiting at the office for his wife to get done a few weeks ago. He has nice salt and pepper hair but was concerned about 2 small areas and requested a strip procedure so that his wife could help prepare his grafts. (Now that is trust, or love, or both.) I suggested a small FUE case instead, and, as we have all FUE grafts "cleaned up" by our cutters, his wife still got to prepare and even place a few grafts. Shown are pre/intra/and day 8 pictures. Regular Member Coligion Posted December 15, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted December 15, 2009 Thanks for posting this small session. How many grafts were used in each section?
Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted December 22, 2009 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 22, 2009 I think all total 258. We did a 500 graft FUE yesterday on a strip case patient from last December who just needed a little bit of irregularizing of his hairline where it joins the temple area as he had lost a little more hair in that spot bilaterally. I agree with you, that for a smallish case is someone who probably won't need a ton of hair down the road, FUE is a great option. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H.
