Does this look dodgy..? (india)

Im looking for an Fue HT in india and although im after a good price, i wont risk getting a bad surgeon at any cost. Ive got a short list based on my research from this site, but can anyone comment on these guys that i just stumbled upon during my research?

Yeah....I think this forum needs to study Indian FUE doctors, as I think a significant group of people would be interested.
