Senior Member Mickey85 Posted March 29, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted March 29, 2013 of course however the strip would contain fewer grafts if that had had already been harvested before via fue. Senior Member james84 Posted March 29, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted March 29, 2013 This is something i often think about, as people usually state exhaust with FUT then FUE so why not the other way round? I only ever aim to use FUE but if worse case scenario happened, would i be able to use FUT once my donor has been used up with FUE. Senior Member Mickey85 Posted March 30, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted March 30, 2013 just be aware that hiding a fut scar after 5000 fue will be more difficult due to the thinner donor... Regular Member cart2 Posted March 30, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted March 30, 2013 Why cant 50% of the total donor be used via fue? So you get 50/50 coverage all over the head?
Senior Member socates123 Posted April 12, 2013 Author Senior Member Share Posted April 12, 2013 I'm thinking that grafts obtained by FUT may yield the same as FUE (theoretically). The topic of course with transaction will be there but discussed separately. No difference to me.
