Regular Member ted.j Posted April 3, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted April 3, 2013 I received an email from Derma-Plast saying "Dr.Keser is performing FUE technique with manual punch method which means all the grafts extracted and implanted by Dr.Keser himself one by one aiming to extract multiple hair grafts to get more density with minimum amount of grafts. Eventually we may transplant the same amount of hair with less grafts transplantation." He performs the surgery himself as he personally told me (and I checked with patients) and different from Dr. Doganay, the extraction is done manually. He does not use micromotor, reason why I decided to go with him. Take a look on his website (Asmed), An amazing experience (4002 grafts) with Dr. Koray Erdogan (ASMED Clinic). With all my respect to Dr. Doganay, he is almost unknown in Turkey. Almost 20% of my family are staying in Turkey and most of them didn't hear about him. The most famous is Dr. Erdogan from Istanbul as he performs FUT and FUE plus accepting all repair patients and lately Dr. Keser from his great results although he uses FUE only and turns away most of repair patients. Theere are some aspects you should look at such as the number of grafts you need. If you are NW4 or more I wouldn't recommend Keser. Besides that all the 4 you have mentioned are producing amazing results. I believe you will be in great hands! An amazing experience (4002 grafts) with Dr. Koray Erdogan (ASMED Clinic).
