Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Biotin, Iron Sulphate, Zinc Sulphate, L-Methionine, L-Cysteine, Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM), Silica, Aloe Vera Extract, Saw Palmetto Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Extract, Millet Extract.

Do you think those ingredients in tablets 4x a day would help your hair? Not to replace propecia and minoxidil, but to take alongside them. Do you think they'd make a difference? for a 3 months supply it'd be 60 pounds. Do you think it'd be worth it?

I currently take seven seas cod liver oil, which I'll continue to do anyway but just wondering if those other tablets would be worth adding to my regime.

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.

Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon

I assume this is TRX2 which is getting heavily promoted.

Here is my view from another thread:

The main ingredients seem to be 800mg per day of carnitine with a few other amino acids and vitamins +minerals

(from: Hair Loss Treatment - how to stop hair fall)

On the bottom of their home page:

You could put that statement on anything. Protein is necessary to "promote and sustain healthy hair growth" so I suppose you could include that same warning on tins of tuna!

From a quick google search, the average person takes in 20 - 200mg of carnitine a day. To take large doses, you could take whey protein (that athletes use as a protein shake) as one small scoop provides 400mg.

Overall, eating a decent diet is good for you in many respects. It will help your overall health. However, spending 60 pounds per month for vitamins supplements will not help you regrow hair.

If you do want to try it, I would recommend following jlemons method - 70 pounds for 250 days supply rather than 60 pounds for 30 days!

No it's not TRX2, just tablets to supposedly make hair healthy. It's not marketed as a hair loss remedy, but to go alongside propecia and minoxidil
