Senior Member JohnnyDrama Posted March 1, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted March 1, 2013 Hi guys, At the moment I guess I'm a NW5A and currently shave my head to a #1 Would it be possible to get FUE to get a good shaved head look? Thanks and have a good day I'm guessing that would largely depend on the quality of your donor. A pic or two would help those in the know to be able to give you a more informed answer. 2,200 FUE + PRP with Dr Bisanga - BHR Clinic, 22-23 August 2013 - http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/171950-my-fue-2-200-prp-dr-bisanga-bhr-clinic.html Current Regimen: - Rogaine 5% Foam 2x daily - Jasons Restorative Biotin Shampoo 2x daily / Nizoral 2% 2x weekly - Nettle Root 500mg, MSM 1500mg, Biotin 5mg, Multi Vit, Omega

Senior Member Spanker Posted March 1, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted March 1, 2013 Everybody scars different. Your physiological factors will have a lot to do with it. Its really hard to say. Bill - Seemiller
Alex, FUE is highly coveted by patients who want to wear the hair on the sides and back of their scalp real short. In many cases, FUE scarring is virtually undetectable even when the hair is shaved all the way down. The question you have to ask yourself however, is whether or not you want to spend a great deal of money just so you can keep your head shaved. Assuming you have exceptional donor characteristics and achieve optimal growth - you will most likely pay in excess of $30,000 to $40,000 for 6000 plus FUE grafts that will likely be required to give you the kind of look you want. On the other hand, if you're amongst the exceptional few - you could potentially achieve Stephen's look. Stephen (Dr. Bisanga's representative) is amongst a select few who's been able to achieve a very large number of FUE grafts (7000 grafts over 5 procedures) extracted and transplanted and is sporting a "shaved" look. You can view Stephen's Stephen's hair transplant video here. To see more videos, view our hair transplant video gallery here.
