Photos shown are pre-op ,immediate post-op, 11 month post-op, and 2 layer tricophytic donor closure. The patient had a 3A pattern with a weak hairline. Temporal parietal angle restoration was performed and maintained. He is wearing his hair a little shorter, but it is "still growing strong". Patient returns every year to review his medical treatment plan and expectations. He continues to remain on Propecia, Rogaine foam & once a week Nizoril shampoo.
