Concealing your HT?

I am just curious as to how many days post op can I safely wear a hat without damaging the grafts?

 

Mainly for work purposes.

I wore a cap immediately after surgery but was very aware to not have anything touch grafts. About five days out they should be anchored in pretty good

I think I am going to do the sides/temple points on my next HT as well. Worried that a cap might press up against them.

 

So you think after about 5 days I shouldn't have to worry?

You can wear a hat right after surgery it just needs to be loose. After 5 days you can start wearing the hat normally, but I wouldn't suggest wearing the hat once you're at home, it should only be on in public when you really feel you need to hide the marks.
