Senior Member Dr. Ricardo Mejia Posted June 27, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted June 27, 2012 In my opinion, you need lots of doubles and triples for successful crown work in order to give coverage and the illusion of density ...and you generally you don't get a lot of multi hair'ed grafts with FUE - Therefore strip would in my opinion be a better way to proceed if you chose to to address the crown region appropriately - best of luck!! S Spex. You are right on. I agree you get better coverage and density with strip. I find the same thing even when you are not working on the crown. Kudos to your great insight. Keep up the great posts. Ricardo Mejia MD, FAAD Jupiter FL Hair Transplant Network recommended physician; photos

Senior Member aaron1234 Posted July 2, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted July 2, 2012 Go strip if you don't plan on shaving down. And only consider the best doctors in the world - not just the ones closest to you. Strip or FUE - doesn't make a difference if you go a crappy surgeon. Don't rush into this, do your research. You and your wife won't be too happy if you end up with a bad result. Senior Member RCWest Posted July 3, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted July 3, 2012 Since you are in India, why not consider Dr. Madhu or Dr. Palakurthi? Both have shown good results on here. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
