Senior Member a Posted June 19, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted June 19, 2012 How much should i realistically worry about shock loss? I know it happens and while I am aware that it takes months to see positive impact from the transplant, I am really concerned about the shock loss potentially making me look more bald for months before there is any substainal improvement. Any thoughts??
Dr. Glenn Charles
It is always a possibility when placing grafts aroung existing hairs. The more unhealthy the original hairs are the better the chance they can shed post operatively from shock. Although it is not easy sometimes you have to try and focus on the bigger picture and long term result. Senior Member a Posted June 20, 2012 Author Senior Member Share Posted June 20, 2012 Realistically, how much can using Rogain help? It only helps the top really (the area that I'm not working on). Also, even if it does help, does that mean I'd have to be on Rogain forever??
