The patient who is 37 years has started using minoxidil since the procedure. The patient's progress photos were taken at 4 and 7 months. Are these the same two people or did he get a perm later or something? Hi Sean, I have attached three more photos that reveal the face a little bit for comparison. He always had curly hair. We usually use 0.90mm punches that of course varies from patient to patient depending on hair characteristics. I really thought the other thing was he had a perm, but after it was revealed he was naturally curly it made sense. Alex, Thanks for the reply and pictures. I think you did a great job here. Made this man look years younger and it definitely had a substantial impact in the front. Do you use the motorized punch method or manual for this procedure? Thanks for the answer on punch size. So, for most patients it is .9mm? Do you use smaller sizes then that for the right patient? Again, the work looks great and I hope you post up more results like this. The main punch that Dr. Maras use is 0.90mm however he uses smaller or bigger punches when he believes is necessary for the interest of the patient. We are currently using mainly the manual punch and we are currently waiting for the new version of an already tested motorized punch.
