I saw your pic and you definitely have some retrograde alopecia going on. It doesn't necessarily make you a bad HT candidate - it just means your pattern is highly likely to be quite advanced on the NW scale. Some docs transplant into that area but I wouldn't recommend it. Focus on the top of your head. Also, Fin or minox can also have a positive effect on the nape hair.

Not sure if the hair on my nape is thinned or its being cut like that. I told the hairdresser to trim thin at the back. Also I guess i wont be looking to fill that part anyways and would concentrate on the top only.
