It doesn't necessarily make you a bad HT candidate - it just means your pattern is highly likely to be quite advanced on the NW scale. Some docs transplant into that area but I wouldn't recommend it. Focus on the top of your head. Also, Fin or minox can also have a positive effect on the nape hair. forhim Posted December 28, 2011 Author Posted December 28, 2011 Not sure if the hair on my nape is thinned or its being cut like that. I told the hairdresser to trim thin at the back. Also I guess i wont be looking to fill that part anyways and would concentrate on the top only.
