It doesn't necessarily make you a bad HT candidate - it just means your pattern is highly likely to be quite advanced on the NW scale. Some docs transplant into that area but I wouldn't recommend it. Focus on the top of your head. Also, Fin or minox can also have a positive effect on the nape hair.
