Senior Member bonkerstonker Posted December 12, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted December 12, 2011 Antibiotics can cause slight hairloss i once read it on the side label of some with the other side effects, i decided to try them anyway it was a 6 month course for acne and i noticed my hair thin visibly so i can't be 100% sure as you never know it could have been a coincidence but i decided never to take them again to make sure. Also I don't use minoxidil anymore I lost no hair coming off it. Reduced propecia to 1mg every other day.
