Hey Hariri, will Dr. Feriduni close your revised scar with staples, on top of the sutures? Was that also done by the other doctors who did FUT on you?

No, Dr. Rahal used only sutures and asked me to remove them by day 14. Also Dr. Feriduni, I guess he will use sutures too as he said it works better than staples and less painful plus have to remove them by day 14 too.

Excise the scar out, use the grafts obtained to strenghen your previously transplanted area. After 12 months put some FUE into the scar if it concerns you further.

Hmmm... I thought Dr. F usually uses sutures AND staples. He told me that the staples divide the pressure on the wound more evenly, so that a better (thinner) scar is produced. But that was over a year ago, so maybe it's different now. I had them for 14 days too.
