I had my hair transplant 4 months and a week ago. It was 3519 grafts transplanted in the front third of my head. I have thick coarser then avg hair. I have attached one before pic where my hair was very short (a #4 clipper) and two pics which were taken today. Let me know what you guys think. Should I expect a lot more growing and new hair growth as well?

I have seen improvement since my transplant but not sure how much of it is just shock loss growing back.

It's too hard to say with those pics. The pre-op pic you are shaven and the other pics your hair is grown out. Also, do you have any immediate post-op pics?

Yes, it's hard to tell due to the different hair length. I do think you have improvement in the area treated. Heck, you're only at 4 months. It's only just beginning.
