Regular Member Frdtrtnv8 Posted September 2, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted September 2, 2011 Sorry for not posting in such a long time..... Sometimes life gets in the way... Anyway, I am now at 26 weeks post op, 1600 grafts (1300 3/4's & 300 1/2's). I feel happy with the results considering the small amount of grafts. I continue to take finasteride daily, I think its still growing in. Please comment.
jessie1
Frd, This looks great for the 6 month stage! Your hair looks so much healthier and better groomed being shorter. You must be so pleased. The fact that you say that 'life was been getting in the way of you posting' is a huge success in itself. These forums are great, but its easy to start spending excessive time in them. Over the moon for you, Jessie
Senior Member RCWest Posted September 2, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted September 2, 2011 (edited) HUGE difference in before and after! And it's still very early. Congratulations! BTW, with that high number of 3/4 hair grafts, I assume you had FUE? Who did it, if I may ask? Edited September 2, 2011 by RCWest Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? Regular Member Frdtrtnv8 Posted September 2, 2011 Author Regular Member Share Posted September 2, 2011 No I had the FUT procedure done, I dont believe my doctor does the FUE. Dr. Albert in Pennsylvania. Weird thing, I still feel some very short picky hairs sticking up here and there, hopefully there is more growth to come.
