i can still feel stubble 14 mths after my HT surgery

14 mths after my FUE, i am still feeling some stubbles.

not too sure whether they are new sprouts of hair or stubble which had been there for many mths.

but they do seem more like stubbles which had been there for many mths and refuses to grow.

 

anybody had the same experience whereby u can still feel stubbles sticking on ur scalp 14 mths after your HT?

I think it is rare but it can happen. The downside is that it took so long for these grafts to pop through, the up side is that they finally have! Better late than never, right?

Stay patient and wait a little longer. These may be normal hairs that are just in the normal cycle of shedding and regrowth. Does the stubble feel like thicker hair or are the very fine and wispy?

the stubbles feel like thicker hair, not fine and wispy. i am not too sure whether they are HT hair or my normal hairs.

 

either way, i will be happy if they do grow.

 

but i guess i am a very late grower. my shockloss hair looked like they grew back fully only around 1 year post HT.

 

Yeah Joe, u r right. Its always better late than never.

 

I think i should take up fishing to practice my patience.
