im not sure what NW i am and how many grafts ill will need ???

My guess is a NW5 to 6 and as for grafts it depends on what your goal is. I would say 6K, plus or minus 1K.

A side and back shot would help with the NW analysis.

It is a bit difficult to tell because your hair is so short but it looks like you are about a NW5. I was a NW 5 and 5300 grafts in one session has given me essentially a full stylish look with moderate thin spot on the crown. In general and depending on your donor density, I would say you are looking at about 8000 grafts total to have a complete full look including the crown. Even then however, the density will not be what it was before you started balding but should be decent enough so under most lighting conditions, it will look full. . Without a doubt. He is the best in the business in my opinion. For us guys who need alot in one sitting, he is the man for the job (As well as Hasson and Wong).

Yes, you should be on it for sure to save the hair you have left. You can get it from your regular doc but I get mine from Dr. Rahal. As long as you consult with a HT doc, they should be able to perscribe it for you (They all offer it).
