justme
Hi. I am researching into providing hair restoration surgery in my new clinc, i understand to do so i need a good ethical and experianced surgeon and to offer good customer service skills to in turn have happy patients. I would rather not disclose where i am from yet as i am not solisiting or touting for bussiness i hope you can understand that for now? I would love some feedback on good and bad points of ht treatment experiences and ways you feel the service could have been improved? Thank you
Senior Member MusoInOz Posted June 21, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 21, 2011 Are you a medical professional? If so this should be stated. It would be difficult to say how you can go about this, most surgeons start their own clinics. Have a look using the search function in regards to disappointed patients. Patients that are unhappy usually are ones with poor results, regardless what type of customer service is given, that said the clinics supporting the patients during this time frame is a great plus. Interesting inquiry. Mike. "The road to success is always under construction" I represent Dr Rahal and the associated clinic as a paid patient advisor. Senior Member Dutch Posted June 21, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted June 21, 2011 If it's a poor result, you're not happy. 'Miscommunication' or let's say being ignored by the clinic & especially the surgeon, then you're not happy. So not being able to speak to the surgeon is horrible to the patient. "He's/she's busy" isn't good enough. http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=2329
