1500-2000 FUE density ?

Recommended Posts

Hi!

I have been losing hair for about 8 years now and considering getting FUE done..

a doc here in Dubai suggested strip but I dont want to live with a scar..

do you guys think 1500-2000 FUE will give me some density in the front..

initially i was thinking getting 800 fue done and waiting to see how that turns out..

will 800 fue bring any difference..

thanks!!

Howdy. I would give propecia at least another 6 months & perhaps use mino too?

Pics are not the best quality, but I'd say you need at least 2k grafts for the first 3rd.

800 is not enough, especially when the success rate of the grafts surviving through FUE is not that high.

800 FUE seems a bit conservative probably need closer to 1500-2000 grafts to give you the density that you are looking for. Definitely continue using propecia and it may be a good idea to wait 6 more months to see how you are reacting to the medication closer to one year as many people see new growth around that time.

dear as far as my opinion is concerned you need around 2000-2500 grafts for a good density....and prabdeep sohi is a very good surgen and economical too....even m considering a ht by fue in april....i meet some of his patients and they have amazing results....
