What's not fine is to suggest this result is a failure because it is not a final result. I would have felt my HT was a failure at 7 months, too. Regarding your concern for Dr. Armani: he performs FUE mega sessions (a risky surgery for various reasons), which is why he draws more heat. These forums have been littered with his failures. He also has questionable ethics, as do his online reps. Dr. Feller, and Spex for that matter, are the complete opposite. So, you were correct in one aspect: certain clinics will get preferential treatment. Building a great reputation does earn you the benefit of the doubt in a lot of people's eyes.
