  1. Look guys, I don't like the idea of being publicly bashed around the forum like this. I am right now in a very confused state about my second ht, alright. Is it so wrong to just be looking and asking around about other surgeons?, I have'nt made up my mind about who to go to for my next procedure, not even close. And just for the record, I have absolutely no quams about returing to Dr Feller for round 2, I am quite happy with the results I got first time around, in case someone has any misconception that I was not satisfied first time around. So if you can offer any friendly advice that would be much appreciated.
  2. I am considering my second hair transplant, I want a large session at least 3000 grafts, I know H&W are top of the line when it comes to megasessions, are there any doctors in the US who can offer these larger sessions, I am looking for some input from forum members. Thanks.
  3. I think there has been quite a good cosmetic improvement so far, although I feel I need one more session to finish up the job, as the midscalp needs to be addressed, and some more filling in into the frontal 2/3 is required.
  4. Hi Everyone, I had a transplant of 2721 grafts with Dr Feller in June of 09. I am posting a before and after pic below. I would like to get the opinions of members of the community as to what they think about the results.
  5. I thnik I can relate to 1982UK, I had a procedure about 11 months ago with Dr Feller, the results so far are pretty ok, however I have decided to go to H&W for my next procedure, why? Because I want a larger session and the photos and results from H&W are far too impressive to ignore.
  6. Don't get me wrong Joe, its just that we are used to seeing HUUUGE sessions from Dr Hasson, so this one looked a bit small , thats all. I love Dr Hasson's work and am seriously considering him for my second procedure.
  7. Great work as always from Dr Hasson. However this patient could have benefitted from a larger session of say 4000+ grafts because of his level of baldness. Any idea why Dr Hasson did no harvest more grafts?
  8. In Canada, I would go to only 3 doctors. Drs Rahal , Hasson and Wong.
  9. I am thinking of marketing snake oil , as the next new wonder oil for hair growth. My slogan: "If it does'nt grow your hair , at least you wont live to be bald!
  10. Damn Joe! You guys are awesome. Every result I look at from H&W, is better than the last. Kudos!
  11. Hi Dazza, excellent work you should look great. Just one question after your HT with Dr Feller , why did you not return to him for the next round. Just curious
  12. Thanks for the reply Joe, So is the deduction the same even If I am flying in from Asia.
  13. Anybody know how much in the form of travel discounts H&W offer?
  14. I second that, In my opinion Rahal does the best hairlines in the business.
  15. It all depends on what you want. If you need about 2000-2500 I would choose Feller. If you need 3000+ I would go with Hasson And Wong. If you are looking for a superstar hairline, I would choose Dr Rahal. So its really what you are after.
  16. Just a question Janna, how much do you guys charge per graft for FUE?
  17. This thread is sooooo stupid, that Bill you should delete it. I am of Indian origin yet I will say that most if not all doctors in India are HACKS ( with the exception of maybe Dr Madhu ). I could have easily gone to India and got a HT from any of the "so called" great Indian docs, but I did not. I went to a top notch American surgeon because I wanted the best. If Indian doctors are so damn good, why does'nt this moron Prasad1980 , post some of their work. I have seen the work done by Indian docs, It is old mini/micro grafting and plug work. This Idiot is giving all Indians on the forum a bad name!
  18. I would go to Dr Rahal . A HT is a long term decision, it is very important to go to a top doc otherwise bad surgery can make you look and feel worse than you did before a ht.
  19. I agree with splitting hairs, Both Bill and Joe are truly poster boys for HT's, gives the rest of us hope.
  20. Well If you are a type 6, then you have very extensive hair loss and you will need a minimum of 2 procedures before getting good results. As for your questions. A big wide scar in the donor area will only come if you go to a bad surgeon. With most good surgeons the scars occuring will be very thin and almost invisible. And as for gaps, most good surgeons will dense pack the are so gaps will not be visible.
  21. I would like to know what is the maximum number of grafts you can obtain using the FUE procedure, not just in one round but multiple rounds.
  22. Nice work doc, I am sure he has at least 3-4 months more of growing and maturing to look forward to.
  23. I agree with Romeono1, At about 7.5 months post op, I was worride about my results, there was lack of density and very thin hair. Now at 8.5 moths post op I have seen considerable new growth , with still about 4-5 months of growing to come. I know it is hard to wait but this is something we have to do.
