Hello there,

Well, my surgery is now creeping up on me!

Laxity exercises, I really do not need to do them however... I have been. I went through a neurotic period of doing them for two years thinking they would assist my hair loss (blood flow etc) I am now left with a rubber scalp. I have always had quite the elastic scalp however I am looking to further this with two months of solid excercises, half hour per morning and night, Monday to Friday. Crazy? Yes! Stupid? Maybe!?

I have also developed a few laxity exercises of my own during the past few years. I intend on up loading a short video series to the website with HTN's direct permission of course.

Well wishes gents!

Cheers,
