Senior Member M1A1 Posted October 30, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted October 30, 2009 Dr. Keene, Nice improvement-natural and soft. By any chance did she have a plastic surgery performed? Regular Member Goldilocks Posted October 30, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted October 30, 2009 How did you determine the shape of her hairline? How much was her hairline actually lowered? And how long after her transplant were those photos taken? It looks as though enough time had passed for her transplants to grow in almost to the same length as the rest of her hair. She has a very nice result! Well done!
Senior Member Hairtechnician Posted November 13, 2009 Author Senior Member Share Posted November 13, 2009 Thanks for the comments on her results! Goldilocks, These photos were more than a year after surgery. The placement of the hairline is determined during the consultation through patient preferences and goals, combined with Dr. Keene's recommendations based on experience. Personal tastes vary, and Dr. Keene will give her input, but in the end it is the patient's preferences that make the decision. M1A1, Whether her hairline was raised due to genetics or plastic surgery I don't feel comfortable discussing--she gave us permission to use her photos but not more.
