Bisanga vs HDC

Hi guys!

I want to undergo a hairtransplantation in order to lower my hairline and to thicken the area in the front which became a bit thinner with signs of miniaturised hair. I searched through the internet and i came in contact with some surgeons and i am thinking to do it either with dr.Bissanga or HDC. The method that suits me best is strip and i want to have a good result with max density and natural look.

Which of these 2 clinics would you recommend me in order to have the best result? Are there any of you that underwent an operation with either dr.Bissanga or HDC who wants to share your experiences and help me decide?

Thanks in advance

I went with Dr Bisanga so I would recommend him other HDC. I do like HDC though and am always impressed with their strip closures, I don't like the way they extract fue, then strip in the same session though, as this causes the fue extractions to stretch. I also don't like that they very rarely close the temples.

I would still go with either, they are both really good.

Hey Mate,

I have to agree with Sparky, Dr Bisanga is a fantastic surgeon however with that being said I favor his FUE over FUT results. Have you consulted additional clinics or even considered any other physicians?

I am only taking a wild guess but seeing that you have nailed your decision down to these two clinics I assume you reside somewhere in Europe?

Always consider every option mate, there are some extremely talented surgeons in North America who basically own the market on hair lines.

I had my HT with Dr Bisagna. From my research, I would say he is world class. From personal experience, I can say at month 3, the hair is already growing. As Musoinoz suggests, do your research and explore all your options, good luck.

Thank you musoinoz and levrais about hour help and support to my issue!

I wanted to do the operation in Europe becouse it would be easier for me with the trip etc. I am thinking even that i might need to have a sort of follow up especially in the case somthing goes wrong. It is therfore a bit difficult for me to travel again to USA or Canada in this case. Otherwise i would prefer to do it with dr.Rahal that is one of the best doctors concerning strip operations, fantastic natural hairline. I want to examine if i can receive similar results with ex. dr. Bisanga and thus avoid the long trip and the incovenience.

Could i have your opinion on this? Do you think that that the result is so much better that deserve the trouble? Do you think that if i choose canada that there is a big possibility to need to travel again there after the operation?

Thanks in advance for any answer!

Another vote for Dr Bisanga from me, however, if I were you I would consult with both doctors. See what they have to say. Get a feel for their approach. I would then contact former patients of theirs and meet them in person. See who's results you like better. I know it sounds like a pain in the ass but you are gonna have these results on your head for the rest of your life. It is worth a little effort.
