Hpw to know the scalp elasticity ?

When I was trying to find this out before my surgery, most people came up with the following.

 

Good = You can pinch the skin between fingers - Average = You can easily move the scalp (such as when you do the scalp exercises) - Bad = There is no/very little movement of the scalp while doing the exercises.

 

Scalp exercises is the only technique I know of to increase laxity.

I think the technical way of calculating scalp laxity is the Mayer-Pauls equation which can be performed by a HT doc to tell you laxity and from there figure out (based on density and expectations) what size of a strip to/he can take.
