She had scar alopecia recession at the front temporal area, particularly at the frontal hairline and sideburns. She wanted to undergo another facelift so we planned on doing hair transplant combined with the facelift and blepharoplasty all in one procedure. Such a huge cosmetic improvement with such a small number of grafts. Excellent job capturing the feminine hairline Dr Barrera, and on achieving such an impressive result with only 1032 grafts.
