The patient has amazing growth at 6 months post-op. Will update post with one year follow-up visit. We are looking foward to seeing his final results. 350 single hair grafts, 300 double hair grafts and 2675 multi-hair grafts were utilized ( approximately 10 thousand hairs). The patient wished to have more density in the top/ posterior crown, so an additional 2,000 grafts were utilized. The photos show progression of hair growth in the crown area, 3 month, 6 month and 6 months after 2nd surgery. The last 2 photos show the patient pre-op and 2 years post-op from the first surgery. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
