Very nice results for such fine hair and low density.

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

 

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

tough to judge without more information. some immediate post op pics would be good to understand where the grafts were planted. not being a HT doc myself I don't understand what those lines on his head mean.

 

also, did the patient have a past HT? it looks like they're a NW 5 with a very poor density result from a previous transplant. Tnx.
