Recession started in the corners of the hairline, eventually consumed the entire hairline, then proceeded to obliterate the entire frontal third. To treat this we packed 2,000 grafts into the frontal third and created a new hairline as well. It's a bit clutsy trying to videotape in one hand and comb the hair in the other, but after some editing it comes together pretty well.
