Senior Member waveskier Posted July 20, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted July 20, 2010 I am at the end of the 4th day and I know it is too early to think about scabs coming off, but I do have one that is about the size of the end of a pencil eraser. Is this going to hard to remove or have a hard time coming off?
Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted July 20, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted July 20, 2010 Waveskier, I wanted to share an article on safely removing hair transplant scabs from our hair loss Q & A blog. I think the blog post does an excellent job summarizing the scab removal process. I hope this helps! Senior Member waveskier Posted July 20, 2010 Author Senior Member Share Posted July 20, 2010 I read it and that is good advice. I will start the massaging in a day or two. I have been talking 2 showers a day and lightly applying the shampoo they gave me then gently flooding the scalp as explained. Thanks for sharing! Senior Member waveskier Posted July 20, 2010 Author Senior Member Share Posted July 20, 2010 Yes, I can see where it would be tempting to pick at the scabs. I will start the light massage tonight and see how it goes.
