Senior Member Balboa Posted August 10, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted August 10, 2009 Hi guys i found this link and im sure you all know what i meen when i say peblestone scaring in the recipiant site, these are the small scars that are caused by the punch holes that are made to place the graft into, not many docs like to admit that they are cuased that way and they always blame it on monixidil etc. well the armani clinic does anyways whenever i have asked them about it, but its comman sence that they are the scars from the punch hole tool. anyways i found this link and i am also considering the treatment after the 18 month post op period but want to know what you guys think, cheers Dr A. Senior Member rpachigo Posted August 10, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted August 10, 2009 Fraxel frankly to me is a lot of marketing and very expensive. Any fractionated technology can still wound deep and be an issue. For surface ablation, I would think a fractionated erbium/yag laser would work best since it is pretty superficial and less likely to damage hair follicles.
